Gah...So I finally got my machine back today from being serviced only to discover it will only sew backwards...!!! I called the repair place, and I ended up having to take it in again (Which meant walking around all day in SF carrying A metal sewing machine until My brother picked it up to drive it to the city where the repair shop is)

Can someone tell me why in all of the Bay Area...The only place to get a Viking fixed is in Santa Rosa?
