Christmas came early!

izodieaEyecandy time! I was at a local vintage store and found these pretties:
I was also bad and bought some
Robins egg/Sea foam Silk Lampas- I got 7 yards for a VERY good price on ebay :) Part of me really wants to make this fabric into a Venetian gown, but the pattern doesn't seem right to me for that (18th century?)
Silk/Polyester blend taffeta from Denver fabrics. $2 a yard on sale! I think I may use this (along with the last two yards of my dark olive dupioni) to make a pelisse once I finish making a regency dress etc. I just hope it wont be too hot :/
And a friend noticed that the Taffeta and Lampas match:
I doubt I will use them together though, as the taffeta is just too shiny...and I don't want to distract from the lampas at all.
